Since becoming a Personal Trainer I've been soaking up all the information I can to better myself and my clients. I became pre/post natal certified, took kettle bell courses, and even coached myself through my first bikini competition. As my fitness journey continues to push new limits I challenge my clients to do the same. It's YOU against YOU and what the mind believes, the body can achieve.
